Sustainable
Obesity
Look to our current health crisis as the source.
Muscle bound
Look to former body builders (Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dave Draper) who later in life would need quadruple bypass heart surgery. Through it all, they neglected the most important muscle, heart. And as a general rule, an “athlete” should be able to scratch his/her own back.
Skinny genes
Look to the number of Americans who break their hips every year, enter the hospital, and never have the strength to make it out.
All three lack the capacity to endure and therefore, are not sustainable.
To quote Gandhi “Truth is one. Paths are many”.
Truth is, no matter what “healthy product” someone is selling you, diet and exercise will be part of the pitch. The path you choose to follow or perhaps blaze a new trail, cannot be wrong provided you stay fit on the inside and out, balanced within your exercise routine (body), mind, and spirit and sustain your efforts. It’s a lifestyle! Hips up, heels down…
