For the past five years in Atlanta, Charles has been actively pursuing all things of the health and fitness nature. Training professionally for three, he has made his clients goals personal. Amidst a health care crisis, Charles believes that preventative care via diet, exercise, and rest, is the solution.
Certified by both the International Sports Science and American Heart Associations, Charles has substantial knowledge of exercise physiology, bio-mechanics, and nutrition. A boxer, yoga practitioner, and strength trainee himself, he feels that living the health and fitness lifestyle keeps him abreast to the rapidly changing training concepts and misconceptions.
My philosophy is that there is no “one size fits all program.” I can develop a custom tailored program to fit your individual needs and restore balance in your life. Imbalance leads to injury and illness. Change is all that’s constant and comes from within! Let the triangle be your guide.
