Eight weeks, six people, for life changing results.

Inside and outside.

Weight training, cross training, and yoga infused stretching.

Meets inside three days a week (Monday-Wednesday-Friday)

Individual workouts performed on off days specific to individual’s goals.  (6 free one on one’s and free gym membership)

Strength, conditioning, flexibility,and nutrition guidance for six fitness and health enthusiasts.

…and, if you bike, walk, or run to Tri-Fit Camp and bring your own water bottle, we’ll give you $50*.
