When: Every Tuesday & Thursday at dawn
Where: Balboa Park — rain or shine!

Souled!’s sole focus is balance. In this camp we focus on a program right for the individual. One size does not fit all. Furthermore, how can one expect different results if performing the same routine? Our focus is what the quality of safe, effective exercise provides. Only two days a week? Yes. You’ll be provided with the knowledge, instruction, and motivation to find the path your goals see fit.

Bring a yoga mat, jump rope, medicine ball, or whatever you need help using.

Participants are encouraged to walk/bike/carpool to camp, bring a reusable water bottle, and give time, money, or whatever they can to local charities. It takes a village!
